Tails of the Alamo City - A Dogs’ Adventure Guide
Tails of the Alamo City - A Dogs' Adventure Guide was a fundraising project by Janet Deltuva of Ares and Emzy Photography, and Jacquelyn Smelter of JacquelynK Photography. The book is a beautifully photographed, Limited Edition, and travelers' resource guide to pet-friendly sites and landmarks in the Alamo City. Each book was signed by the authors and numbered. The books were printed on beautiful photographic paper. The profits from the book, all $9,000. were donated to U.S. War Dog Association and The Mal-FFunctions Rescue. These two working dog rescues provide much-needed support to disqualified and retired military working dogs, contract working dogs, as well as their handlers.
Tails of the Alamo City - A Dogs' Adventure Guide is the perfect showcase of "Military City USA" to the nation and the world. Tails of the Alamo City - A Dogs Adventure Guide" was competitively selected into an international collaborative, "Tails of the World”, following a rigorous portfolio review. This collaborative was initiated by photographer Caitlin J. McColl, of Ragamuffin Pet Photography for pet photographers to celebrate dogs from their region.
