Fantasy Photography

If you can dream it…I can create it!

There’s a charming Welsh tale that Corgis are magical creatures, once used by fairies and elves to pull little carriages, herd magical animals, and even ride into battle! The unique markings on a Corgi’s coat are said to be permanent prints of the fairy saddle and harness.

According to this story, children found a fairy transport in the Welsh hills. The fairies gave the dogs to the children, saying their short size made them perfect for working cattle without getting kicked.

To find these mythical markings in “Summer Dog” below, look for her Fairy Saddle, which is a darker patch of fur across her shoulders where the saddle was. The Harness Marks are the white bands of fur just under the brown along her face, and around her shoulders leading to her chest, where the fairies strapped the dogs to the coaches.

The enchanted owners of Summer Dog asked me to create this fantasy photo with fairies complete with an Air Traffic Control fairy in front of her.

If you have a legend you’d like to create, let’s dream together!
