Our projected budget for printing the book through a self-publishing service is shown in the figure below. As an estimate, we used the calculator from Ingram Spark Publishers. We endeavor to support a local San Antonio publisher if possible. The chart is just for book printing alone.

There will be other modest costs throughout the Book Project as well such as postage, marketing & advertising costs (printed material), and shipping supplies for books that need to be mailed.

In total, our budget for this book is $40,000. The United States War Dogs will receive all funds and will disperse payments, as required, to the Book Project to cover expenses. Sponsorships, photography sessions, and book sales are not completed through the photographers’ banking platforms. Therefore, amounts raised in excess of the required funds will remain in the United States War Dogs’ account as a donation.
